We kept hearing how good this one was… so we had to come down and try it ourselves 👀

Kubo Garden have been working on something special for their anniversary, and let’s just say we were VERY happy to see one familiar Filipino flavour making an appearance 🇵🇭

We won’t spoil it just yet, but keep watching to see what they’ve created…

This is ube in its natural form.

Before it became a popular flavour in cafés, desserts and drinks around the world, ube has been a staple in the Philippines for generations.

It’s a purple yam with a naturally vibrant colour and a subtly sweet, nutty and earthy flavour.

There’s something about an Ube Colada that just looks unreal. Creamy, tropical, a little nutty from the ube, and somehow THAT purple.

Honestly, half the fun is just watching the colour come together 😂🍹
