Charlotte is an autistic and chronically ill, prize-winning poet, a number 1 Amazon bestselling author and a TEDx speaker. She is the reigning Cheltenham Poetry Festival slam champion and has had her work featured on the BBC alongside John Cooper Clarke.
Her first book, Too High to Function, telling the story of her life on the autistic spectrum, has sold in over 20 countries across every continent. Her poetry collection The Warring Twenties has received critical acclaim, including from BAFTA Fellow Andrew Davies.
She is an ambassador for MIND, was nominated for a BBC Make A Difference Award, and was named one of The Big Issue’s top 100 Changemakers.
