Happy retirement, Paul 💛

Today we’re celebrating Paul Newton, Director at ILECS, as he begins his retirement.

Paul started working in the lift industry in 1979, where he completed a technical apprenticeship program with a global lift company. After working his way up in a variety of positions, he then joined ILECS in 2008 as a lift consultant.

Paul has played an important role in the business, bringing experience, knowledge and steady leadership to the team, our clients and the wider lift and escalator industry.

From supporting independent lift consultancy work to helping building owners, property managers and facilities management teams make informed decisions, Paul’s contribution has been felt across many areas of ILECS.

A huge thank you for everything you have brought to the business over the years.

Welcome back, Emily 💛

We’re pleased to welcome Emily Gardiner back to ILECS after her maternity leave, following the arrival of her little girl, Violet.

Emily returns to the team as OneVision Account Manager, supporting clients through our dedicated lift management service and helping building owners, property managers and facilities management teams stay on top of their lift portfolios.

From clear communication to organised lift data and ongoing client support, Emily plays an important role in the OneVision team.

Excited to welcome new team members to ILECS 🎉

We’re pleased to introduce Ellie Ketteringham and Shanie Fairclough, who join us as Operations Support Assistants and Charlotte Biggs, who joins us as Assistant OneVision Account Manager.

As ILECS continues to grow as an independent lift consultancy, both roles will help support the wider team, our clients and the continued development of our lift management, lift inspections, lift maintenance contracts, lift modernisation and escalator consultancy services.
