Stinting Lane / Black Pad – Public Rights of Way Notice
An application has been submitted by the Trail Riders Fellowship which could see the Black Pad at the end of Stinting Lane, leading to Meadow Lane and Pleasley Woods, opened up to motor vehicles.

A Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT) would legally allow cars, motorbikes, 4x4s and other motor vehicles to use the route.

QUALITY SERVICE COUNTS...
