There are currently more than 16,000 NAPIT registered installers in the electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation, microgeneration and building fabric trades across the UK domestic, commercial and industrial markets. 14.1 Miles Complete for Ashgate Hospice! 🥾💜

Our NAPIT team has completed our charity walk through the Peak District in support of Ashgate Hospice! Taking on Burbage Rocks, Stanage Edge and Higger Tor, the team put in an incredible effort all to raise vital funds for our 2026 nominated charity.

Thanks to the amazing support and generosity of everyone who donated, we've raised £1,715 for Ashgate Hospice! 👏

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported the team along the way. Every contribution helps Ashgate Hospice continue providing specialist care and support to people living with life-limiting and incurable illnesses and their families across North Derbyshire.

Upcoming changes to the Electrotechnical Assessment Specification (EAS) and Mandatory Technical Competence (MTC) Requirements will clarify the qualifications needed for technologies such as EV charging, Solar PV and Electrical Energy Storage Systems.

A fresh new look for NAPIT HQ! 🏢✨

We’ve been busy giving our Mansfield office a refurbishment, creating a refreshed and welcoming space for our team to work, collaborate and connect.

It’s been great to see the transformation take shape, and we’re excited to share a look at what’s changed!

A huge thank you to our partners Doncaster Cables, Luceco/British General (BG) for supporting the refurbishment and supplying products to help bring the new space together.

We’d also like to thank Ideal for supplying some tools.

🥾 We're taking on the Peak District for Ashgate Hospice!

On Friday 4 September, our NAPIT team will be lacing up their walking boots to take on a 14.1-mile charity walk through Burbage Rocks, Stanage Edge and Higger Tor in support of Ashgate Hospice.

Ashgate Hospice provides outstanding care and support to people and families across our local community, and we're proud to be fundraising for such an incredible local charity. As part of our charity fundraising this year, we're aiming to raise £5,000 to help support the vital work they do.

Every mile we walk and every donation we receive will help Ashgate Hospice continue providing vital care and support to people and families when they need it most. If you'd like to support our team as we take on the challenge, we'd be incredibly grateful for your contribution.

Bespoke training solutions in action ⚡

We’re pleased to see our latest training rigs in place at Gateshead College, designed and produced by NAPIT to support practical, hands-on learning.

The bespoke motor rig was developed around the college’s specific requirements, and we were delighted to hear that it was exactly what they were looking for.

Our more compact 5357 training rigs were also a great fit, allowing them to sit perfectly within the training cages already in place.

It’s great to see NAPIT equipment helping training providers create practical learning environments where the next generation can develop their skills and experience. 👏

After a successful first season, we’re proud to renew our partnership with Mansfield Town Football Club and are looking forward to another exciting season ahead.
