That feeling of anger when A.N Other Stairlift company visits an elderly couple locally to repair their Stairlift and tries to rip them off … They told them the lift was beyond repair and charged them £300 call out and tried to sell them another lift for £2000…. Luckily they called us here at Mansfield Mobility Centre and within an hour we called out and spotted that the ‘Other’ local Mobility shop had cut a wire off of the back of the digital display and cut a wire off of the circuit board … Turns out there was no fault at all and once we put the wires back on and checked all the safety switches the lift was fine …. £79 call out from us or £2300 extortion from them !!!!! .. I really hope the family name and Shame these rotters …… Hopefully weve now got a loyal customer who might even give us a nice review ….. Don’t settle for 2nd best call the best Mansfield Mobility Centre (Mansfield Stairlifts) 01623 627565 …. Grrrrrr ….
