Okay so 2022 was a strange and difficult year for many people in lots of different ways, and I managed to lose my way on fitness and turn into a sack of s**t I’m not proud of. So, I’ve set targets for 2023 and the London Marathon in April is one of them. I broke my foot about a month ago and have struggled to get a lot of running in. This week I am back on it and I intend on shifting a bit of timber and getting run fit to wear full Firefighting PPE for the marathon in support of all firefighters, their families and so much more. I would really appreciate any support you can give over the next few months and my Just Giving page ‘Roly Rimmer’ needs to raise £2000 for the Fire Fighters Charity in the next 12 weeks. If I can get back to the fitness levels in these photos I should be fine (ironing my face out to get some of the youthful looks would be good too).
