Been a little quiet on here recently, but feeling super proud of myself today and wanted to share.

After years of using the excuse ‘I’m too heavy’ to get back on a horse, I’ve been working hard and am 2 stone lighter and have kicked that excuse to the kerb!

1st lesson done at Four Winds Equestrian Centre and have a feeling that there will be many more 🤗. Can you tell that I loved it?… 🤔😀

This really made me smile when I saw this… It is so true! This weekend I spent doing things I loved. A day on the coast and making time to spend with friends. Wasn’t it off by absolutely amazing weather too. Makes me so excited about summer being just around the corner. It’s the start of a new week, topped up on vitamin D and endorphins 🌞
