Laura Rosemary Photography was a stunning Summer!

She has a cool skin tone. The bright colours of Winter were just too harsh for her . Laura needs cool colours where the brightness has been taken off .

Laura is a wedding photographer so it felt a bit weird being the one photographed !

Now Laura knows her colours it’s time for her to read through the follow up booklet I have created for her which includes live shopping links to get her started !

It’s all implementation now and that’s where I come in . I’m not just here for the analysis - I’m here for the journey with you !

✨ Don’t forget your metals…

When we talk about our best neutrals, we often think about the obvious ones — black for a Winter, chocolate brown for an Autumn, navy, camel, cream…

But your metals can be neutrals too.

During a Colour Analysis, we discover whether your colouring comes alive with gold or silver — and that knowledge can be incredibly useful when you’re making those key wardrobe purchases.

I’m a Winter, so silver is my metal. Here I’ve used a silver handbag and silver shoes with a very simple outfit. They’re not just accessories added at the end — they help pull the whole look together and give it that extra bit of polish.

Today I’m working with a client who has Romantic in her clothing personality and warm Spring colouring, so we’re doing the opposite: really leaning into gold. ✨

Gold shoes, a beautiful gold bag, jewellery and metallic details can give her the warmth her colouring needs while also bringing out the glamour and femininity that suit her personality.

That’s where knowing your colours becomes so useful.

It isn’t simply about knowing which shade of red or blue to buy. It helps you make smarter choices about the whole wardrobe — including the accessories that can work again and again.

✨ 10 years in business… and a new chapter begins.

This year marks 10 years since I started my business — and looking back, both my business and I have evolved quite a bit!

A move to the Isle of Wight, a beautiful new studio and a brand refresh have given me the perfect opportunity to think about what I really do for the women I work with.

Yes, I still absolutely love colour. ❤️

But I’ve learnt over the last decade that confidence is about so much more than the clothes we wear.

It’s about how we walk into a room.
How we communicate.
How we see ourselves.
And whether the way we show up reflects the experience, expertise and capability we already have.
