This week we've been busy working on a variety of tree projects around **Marple** 🌳

✅ Removed a couple of ash trees that were in decline due to **Ash Dieback**, with the roots also causing damage to nearby pavements.

✅ Reduced the height of a couple of conifer trees to keep them clear of neighbouring houses and overhead phone lines.

✅ Removed a damson tree that had simply outgrown its garden.

✅ Safely removed a willow tree that had become rotten at the base and was leaning dangerously towards a neighbouring property.

We created sleeper planter borders using timber edging to define the new planting areas and add structure to the space. We also installed timber edging to neatly border the new concrete shed base and gravel pathway, finished with Indian stone stepping stones for a practical and attractive walkway.

The project was completed with the installation of a solid concrete shed base, providing a durable and level foundation ready for the new shed.

Another successful garden room groundwork project completed.

Our team excavated and installed a reinforced concrete base ready for a new garden room. As this garden room included a kitchen and toilet, we also installed a new drainage manhole and connected the required drainage services.

Additional works included:
• Installation of electrical supply cables
• New water supply connection
• Internet ducting for future connectivity

To minimise disruption and protect the existing garden, the entire work area was carefully boarded out throughout the project. Once all works were completed, we fully reinstated the lawn and surrounding areas, leaving the garden clean, tidy, and ready for the next stage of construction.
