We are looking for a compassionate support worker to cover Matlock and Bakewell areas as needed - offering minimum of 14hrs/week but with flexibility to cover annual leave or sickness. We support those in the community mostly who have some form of memory loss. A good sense of humour and patience is beneficial. For the right person, this can be a very happy & rewarding experience, although training will be provided, this is primarily a position where you will be providing visits on your own with a support line if needed. You will need to have an enhanced DBS background check which we will pay for as a company. You will also be required to drive. Small independent support service are looking for part-time staff. 8,10 and16 hours per week are available, more hours available to cover holidays etc.
We support the elderly in the community, some with dementia. We do not do personal care. We don't work after 6pm and we don't cover weekends at present. We pay £12 an hour plus we pay for your mileage.
You'll find us to be a friendly and professional service who respect and support our staff.
Due to the nature of our work a background check is necessary - which we pay for and references are required.

PART-TIME SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED.
Matlock/Bakewell area.

We are a small independent support service, who facilitate the elderly,(some with dementia) in the community.

No personal care, no evenings or weekends - £12 an hour plus mileage.

You will need your own vehicle and a DBS check is required.

Prior experience not necessary, but would be an advantage not explicitly required due to training being provided.
