Building Warrant Approved in Record Time ✅

Submitted Friday, fee paid Monday, and approved this morning (Tuesday) — the fastest building warrant approval I’ve had to date.

Proof that clear drawings and well-prepared information really do make the difference.

Rafters all on this week on a 64,000-bird free-range poultry unit we’ve been working on over the past year.

Agri Design has supported this project from the first sketches through to planning, building warrant and now the final stages of PPC approval.

It’s always rewarding to see a design take shape on site.

Another tidy job by the Tom Grant Plant boys..
This one was lined by the Linton and Robinson Environmental Ltd team.

Planning, building warrant and SEPA approval paperwork was carried out by ourselves.

We just need to sort out all the completion paperwork for this job now.

Exciting progress!
Work is now underway on the new poultry shed we received planning approval for earlier this year.
We've also submitted the SEPA PPC application for the shed this week — great to have that box ticked!

Now the application deadline for the AECS Slurry Storage grant has passed please start thinking about the next steps.

That is pnf - planning, building warrant and SEPA approvals.

These can take a bit of time and can hold things up if not applied for early enough. Please note you can apply for these now, no need to wait for your grant to be approved.

We have made a start to this years hopefully grant aided lagoons and have had 2 approvals come through in the last week. One large lagoon at 4.5mG and a smaller one at 230000G.

With the building warrant and SEPA approvals in place with planning in the system we are hopeful that come the time that funding being awarded work can start on site very quickly.

Scottish farmers
DEADLINE APPROACHING❗️❗️

Last year of funding.❗️❗️

Time is running out to apply for the latest round of funding under the AECS Slurry Storage grant.

The grant is aimed at providing support for farmers to increase their slurry storage to 6-months capacity and closes on Friday 19th April.

We can prepare drawings and make applications for planning, building warrant and SEPA approvals. Any questions please get in touch.

I have a client looking for some land in Mid to South East of Scotland around 7 -10 acres would work more if available, its for a new shed. Needs to be relatively level land with road access, power supply close by. Not to close to towns villages. Money is waiting for the correct site.

Client willing to pay over agricultural rates for the correct site.

Anyone know of anything? Pm or comment below with any site suggestions or people to contact!
