We are fortunate to have beautiful grounds here at Tweed Horizons, and it's lovely to see people enjoying them, whether for a stroll or while walking their four-legged friends.

However, we would like to remind everyone that the grounds are private property and ask that all visitors treat the area with respect.

Unfortunately, we have recently experienced incidents of rubbish being disposed of within the grounds, including a local tradesperson using our skip to dispose of roofing materials. This is unacceptable and places unnecessary costs on our organisation.

Please note that the grounds are monitored by CCTV, and individuals responsible for fly-tipping or unauthorised waste disposal may be identified.

We kindly ask everyone visiting the grounds to:
✔ Take any rubbish home with you
✔ Refrain from using on-site skips or waste facilities
✔ Keep dogs under control and clean up after them
✔ Respect the privacy of our tenants and businesses

By working together, we can keep Tweed Horizons a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
