New around here? Let me introduce myself in case we haven’t met yet…

I’m Ceels, a Business Coach and Strategist that helps women service providers and freelancers all over the world to feel more confident in business.

I’ve spent the last 20 years in the marketing world, working in agencies for brands as well as freelancing for SME’s and public sector organisations.

I’ve started and failed several businesses since the age of 25 and now in my forties, I use those lessons and experiences to shape how I help my clients to succeed.

My coaching style is a blend of big sister hyping meets tough love direction - my clients value my honesty and book me because I won’t massage their egos or throw a load of woo woo at them.

One of my core values is peace, and for me that means waking up each day knowing I am able to meet my own needs whilst also supporting my family and positively impacting the businesses and lives of my clients.

I’m based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire but often venture into London to host strategy days with clients in person (I love getting out of my home office!)

My mission is to help as many women in the service provider industry to shed the limitations of internalised misogyny when it comes to their self-worth, boundaries and schedules so that they can have the confidence to raise their rates, say no to misaligned work and thrive as experts in their niche.

I also have a Top 20 UK Entrepreneur weekly podcast, Peaceful Service Pro, where I speak about business, marketing, pricing, sales and success.

I’m now booking coaching clients from February 2024 and excited to support more ambitious service pros and freelancers who are ready to ditch the day rates and enjoy more time for themselves.

And gained 93% of its listeners in 2023 alone

It's also a top 10 podcast listen for over 1,000 people 🤯

2023 was definitely the year my show 'took off'

But for context

I've been podcasting every week for two whole years

Not seeing much growth for almost 60 episodes

Until in January I hit 10K downloads

And now, the show is nearing 45K
