Video is simply easier to relate to, and of course the platforms at the forefront of showcasing theses videos are FaceBook, YouTube and Instagram.

2022 is set to see 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀 become the most effective marketing medium as they have the consumers choice.

Numerous topics were covered starting with The Grief Curve through to The Role of Coaching in Business, and it was all fantastically delivered and incredibly interesting, but what stood out for me is how much employees’ needs have changed. It was highlighted that the top 3 reasons for employees leaving companies, all focus on how valued they feel.

The days of it just being about a salary are long gone and “𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 - 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 - 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.” People are looking for empathy; understanding; to be valued and appreciated.

Today I have been working with a small business within the , assisting them with their training.

Arranging the correct training can be an absolute minefield with so many options out there now and incredibly time consuming 🤯

Myself and the Directors worked together to establish their exact needs for each individual before I went ahead to find the relevant courses in accordance with the correct accreditations.

🗓 All training is booked for each individual, registration forms completed and their business diary is updated with reminders.

They also asked for a solution to knowing who has done what and when and when will renewals be required? In comes the training matrix! 💻 A simple solution to ensure all employees’ training is up to date and accessible at anytime.
