Our Trenance Cottage Essences range began with a simple idea: scent should be useful, beautiful, and easy to live with.

The range is small and intentional. Pure essential oils including Lavender, Peppermint, Cedarwood, May Chang and Still, our own steadying blend. Carrier oils that do their job properly: Sweet Almond, Grapeseed and Fractionated Coconut, ready for blending or everyday use.

Pause Pods are designed for slower moments at home. A 250ml jar filled with cedarwood balls and paired with a bottle of Still, created to scent a room gently and without fuss. A lava stone version is on its way.

Pause Pops are the pocket-sized companions. A 50ml jar with volcanic stone or clay balls, finished with a cork that gives a satisfying little pop. Add a few drops of your chosen oil and keep it close for when the day gathers speed.

Nothing theatrical. Nothing complicated. Just thoughtful scent, natural materials, and small rituals that fit into real life.

Rebrand alert.

Calm Shots have evolved. They are now Pause Pops. 💥

Why? Because they sit perfectly with our Pause Pods, because the cork makes a very satisfying pop, and because regional accents are a thing and we’d rather not accidentally market something that belongs in a p**n movie. 😂

It's the same beautiful little jar, the same essential oil ritual, and a new name that behaves itself. ☺️

Pick Volcanic Stone or Natural Clay, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil, give it a gentle shake and you’re set. They’re compact enough to slip into a bag or pocket, ready whenever you need a quiet moment to steady yourself.
