A recent project I worked on involved creating a custom spreadsheet system for a client to help simplify and organise their day-to-day admin.

It tracks payments, attendance, bookings, expenditure and mileage, automatically pulling everything into a monthly income page — with filtering to make self-assessment time much easier too.

Most importantly, it was built to be simple, quick to use and easy to keep updated.

I’ve spent over 20 years working in admin and business support, with experience across management, organisation, budgeting, customer service, and specialist logistics — including funeral and international repatriation planning.

Over the years, I’ve seen how quickly the behind-the-scenes jobs can pile up, and how much difference the right systems and support can make.

That’s a big part of why I started this page.
