Cumbria Waste Group (CWG) is the largest provider of bespoke waste collection, waste disposal and recycling services in Cumbria with over 5,000 customers across the North of England and Southern Scotland. What a Day! Community Heroes in Action

Last Tuesday (4th November) we had an absolute blast joining the celebrations for the Outwood Schools “Out There” Programme!

The day, hosted by Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation (MFC Foundation) and Outwood Grange Academies Trust, was all about shining a light on some amazing young people who spent their summer making a difference in their local communities, from litter picks and clean-ups to creative social projects that spread positivity right across Teesside.

We teamed up with Middlesbrough Council, who jumped in to help out and added even more community spirit to the mix. The teamwork, smiles, and enthusiasm were infectious, proof that small actions really do make a big impact!

A huge well done to all the winners, and a massive, good luck to the community champions heading into the next round! We’re rooting for you all the way!
