Morning everyone.

With the large amount of phone calls yesterday and still on going, regarding boilers not working due to their condensate pipe freezing ( this is the white pipe that comes out from the bottom of the boiler)
if you boil a kettle and gently pour the hot water over the white pipe this should defrost the pipe and get you up and running again !
Please repost this as it may help someone elderly or with children to get their heat back on.

Morning everyone.
