HELLO MILFORD AND SURROUNDING AREAS - SPINAL FLOW SPONSORSHIP NOW OPEN

Eligibility:
Every three months, one Spinal Flow sponsorship will be offered to a community member experiencing chronic pain, illness, or grief who cannot currently afford consistent self-care. Applicants must live in Milford or surrounding areas and be able to attend three weekly sessions throughout the month.

This sponsorship is for someone whose nervous system feels overwhelmed, whose body is carrying too much and who needs gentle and consistent support.

How Spinal Flow Can Help:
Long term stress from pain, treatment or emotional strain can tire the nervous system. Spinal Flow aims to support the body by:
• Allowing deep rest
• Calming the nervous system
• Supporting emotional balance
• Encouraging natural healing pathways
• Releasing tension created by stress or pain
• Lifting the weight when life feels heavy

What the Sponsorship Includes:
You pay for one session which includes complimentary pre-assessments and posture photos. You then receive two/three Spinal Flow sessions each week for the entire month. Progress will be reviewed at the end of the month.
