We have one weekly space available. Due to finishing up a couple of tidy up projects with some of our lovely clients we have a weekly bookkeeping space available.

This can be either inhouse or remote. Ards/Bangor/Millisle/Belfast for in house :-)

Weekly bookkeeping and preperation and submission of VAT returns. Quickbooks or Xero. We work with lots of lovely accountants and so can tie in with your accountant to ensure everything is smooth.

Recently we have had a few business owners come to us who were a little stuck trying to find a skilled and dedicated, full time, in-house bookkeeper.

Finding staff is really hard for many business owners currently!

We jumped straight in and spent time bringing the accounts up to date and helped to source their new employee. We then spent time training up the new staff members to be able to take on the full time accounting role. 😍

We have now come full circle and the business owners are at the point of no longer requiring our help. Success! 🎉🎉🎉

As a result we have one space becoming available for either a project like above 👆 or up to 5 hours per week bookkeeping.

Plenty of references available of our success stories!

If you are stressed now, we don't file accounts here. Only bookkeeping and vat but we do work in partnership with some absolutely fabulous accountants.☺️

Weekly, monthly or quarterly bookkeeping can mean that books are good to go right away. Meaning you'll know what your tax bill is sooner AND you'll get more time to pay it off ✌️✌️ Win win!

Let's chat about softwares... 💻 if you're thinking about how to make your finances run more efficiently then it's worth looking into what softwares can integrate with your bookkeeping package to help your information pass through more accurately and efficiently. 💅💅

For example many EPOS and CRM systems can integrate directly into accounting packages such as Xero or Quickbooks. 👊It would be worthwhile taking these features into consideration when choosing which is the right software for you.

For purchases, Quickbooks has a great free tool called receipt snap for uploading receipts directly.

Hub Doc is another software that comes free as part of your Xero subscription. This allows you to upload everything including purchase invoices, sales invoices, statements and remits for your business. You can also snap and upload directly from your phone. Great for those that work on the go! 🦺🚚🚛🚜

For your banking - many banks link up directly to the more modern softwares, however, some banks/older softwares still don't have the capability yet and so downloading the statement and uploading to the software is the only option. 🤯🤯Auto Entry is a great tool for this also.

This month we all decided we were going to continue down our road of learning and CPD and so we all applied to get onto new training courses in accountancy and payroll and everyone found out that they have been accepted onto the courses they applied for.

Whoohoo. Celebrating our team wins! Well done everyone. 👏
