For example many EPOS and CRM systems can integrate directly into accounting packages such as Xero or Quickbooks. πIt would be worthwhile taking these features into consideration when choosing which is the right software for you.
For purchases, Quickbooks has a great free tool called receipt snap for uploading receipts directly.
Hub Doc is another software that comes free as part of your Xero subscription. This allows you to upload everything including purchase invoices, sales invoices, statements and remits for your business. You can also snap and upload directly from your phone. Great for those that work on the go! π¦Ίπππ
For your banking - many banks link up directly to the more modern softwares, however, some banks/older softwares still don't have the capability yet and so downloading the statement and uploading to the software is the only option. π€―π€―Auto Entry is a great tool for this also.
