10 years of Autotech Training. More than 10,000 people trained. And an industry that looks very different to the one we started in.

Since 2016, electrification, ADAS, advanced diagnostics and increasingly sophisticated vehicle technology have transformed the skills needed across automotive and the wider mobility sector. Our own training has evolved alongside those changes – and, as we enter our second decade, we're already looking ahead to what technicians and businesses will need next.

A huge thank you to our team, customers and industry partners who have been part of the journey so far.

We’re delighted to be named a finalist in the Best Supply Chain Initiative category at the 2026 NTDA Tyre Industry Awards! 🎉

This recognition is particularly meaningful to us because it reflects the role that skills, competence and professional development play in keeping the tyre industry moving safely and effectively.

From Responsible Tyre Repair and Licensed Mobile Tyre Technician training to REACT roadside safety and the Licensed Electric Vehicle Tyre Technician (LEVTT) programme, we work closely with the NTDA and businesses across the sector to ensure technicians have the skills and recognised qualifications they need throughout their careers.

As vehicles and tyre technologies evolve, maintaining a skilled, safe and compliant workforce has never been more important.

We’re incredibly proud that our contribution to strengthening the tyre industry’s skills supply chain has been recognised – and very much looking forward to the awards!

A huge thank you to our fantastic training team, our industry partners and, of course, all the businesses and technicians who put their trust in us.

The automotive industry knows it needs more EV-qualified technicians.

The question is: how do we make training achievable for busy workshops?

At Autotech Training, we believe the focus should be on removing the practical barriers that prevent businesses from investing in skills – whether that's time, cost or flexibility.

As more electric vehicles enter the independent aftermarket, making EV skills development more accessible will be key to building a workforce that's ready for the future.
