Don't be so narrow minded as to limit your buisness to only one product and service. If you set such restrictive parameters, your business will be just that........restricted.
There are a plethora of services that people will pay for that require only as much effort as your willing to put in.
1) contact a local farmer or fresh food delivery service and negotiate a commission on buisness you raise for them. A diet plan always sounds that bit more appealing when your personal trainer can arrange for its contents to be delivered fresh to your door.
2) Make stand alone generic programs that go above and beyond the standard online program. This will allow you to maximise on those people who just won't commit, or perhaps don't need, a personalised program. Try to appeal to as many broadly applied subjects as possible ie. Weightloss, knee injuries, 6 pack abs etc.
3) design macronutrient questionnaires with bodyfat analysis. These will allow you to collect emails for a mailing list as well as providing a service that you can charge as much as you like for. Make sure these look proffessional and approach people with the notion that you can work out their macros with the simple questions so they can make responsible decisions. There are many apps you can get that work this out for you without having to employ the algorithms. It's just data collection really.
5) if your clients are their own worst enemies in terms of nutrition, cut them out of the loop and offer an online supermarket shopper service.
6) Go to supermarkets and offer a nutritionist walk around service for charity. So people who know nothing about nutrition can pay a couple of quid to the shops charity of choice and you can walk around and advise.
Although you make nothing, you get an extended period of time with people who you know are already concerned about their health.
Remember that health concern is a buying signal.
