**Disclaimer: Not Christmas. Just a very useful lesson in turning JPEGs into something your CNC won’t argue with.

Here we take a simple JPEG, run it through the Techserv CNC system, and turn it into a clean, cut-ready shape. Bit of scaling, a touch of simplifying (68% seems to keep everyone happy), and a few well-placed bridges so the middle of your letters don’t make a break for freedom.

Paint, Inkscape, whatever you fancy… draw it, import it, tweak the threshold, and let the machine do the heavy lifting.

It’s not magic. Just very obedient engineering.

Not many build machines this size in the UK, but size doesn’t scare us. From football stadiums to aircraft parts… down to the small, precise details.
