We're looking for Operators in the Central Belt and South West Scotland, with the following seats currently available:

🌲Komatsu 875 (1,160 hrs)

🌲Komatsu 931 (5,500 hrs – pictured)

🌲Tigercat 822 Leveller (5,500 hrs)

🌲Ponsse Buffalo (9,700 hrs)

🌲John Deere 1510G (7,500 hrs)

We're looking for skilled, experienced Forwarder and Harvester Operators to support harvesting operations across our own Tilhill managed sites and FLS DP contracts.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in producing a high standard of work, operating safely, and contributing positively to a professional team environment.

Opportunities are available in the Central Belt and South West Scotland, with the following seats currently available:

🌲 Komatsu 875 (1,160 hrs)
🌲 Komatsu 931 (5,500 hrs – pictured)
🌲 Tigercat 822 Leveller (5,500 hrs)
🌲 Ponsse Buffalo (9,700 hrs)
🌲 John Deere 1510G (7,500 hrs)

Applicants must hold the appropriate FMO Certification and valid First Aid +F, and be able to work effectively as part of a wider team on site.

Both employed and self-employed arrangements will be considered for the right candidates.

Tilhill Harvesting, the UK’s largest harvesting operation, is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dedicated team.

𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸, 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗮𝘆, but working across the UK, you’ll help keep our fleet of state-of-the-art harvesters and forwarders running smoothly, supporting our mission to deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient harvesting.

🔧 The Role:

Service, maintain, and repair advanced forestry machinery in the field

Diagnose and resolve faults using the latest technology

Keep accurate service and repair records

Support our highly mechanised harvesting operations

🌟 About You:

Experience in forestry, agriculture, construction, or fabrication

Skilled in electrical, hydraulic & mechanical troubleshooting

Welding/fabrication experience desirable

Safety conscious, self-motivated, and adaptable

Full UK driving licence

• 18 Excavators - some fitted with single and double drum winches.
• 2 Traction winches
• 2 Skyline winches

Our traction winches assist on steep slopes, allowing our harvesting and forwarding teams to reach hard-to-reach areas on steeper terrain.

Skyline winches allow for extraction on slopes that are completely inaccessible for machines, our Skyline winch gives us access to the most challenging terrain.
