“Will only use JD Logs for our firewood now.” 🪵🔥

We couldn’t ask for a better recommendation!

Mark has been ordering from us for over a year and has been pleased with the quality of both our hardwood and softwood logs, our prompt deliveries and the service he receives.

Thank you, Mark, for your continued custom and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review—it really does mean a lot to our team. 🤎

Not your average log delivery… 🪵🔥🧊

We’re proud to supply niku-naku sauna located on the lakeside in Bala, with the logs that fire their authentic Finnish sauna. On our latest delivery, we were invited to stay and experience the full hot-and-cold ritual for ourselves—from the warmth of the wood-fired sauna to the rather bracing cold plunge!

A brilliant set-up, a warm welcome from Erannan and a great reminder that our logs do much more than heat homes. We would thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone looking to unwind, recharge and try something a little different.

Thank you to the Niku-Naku team for having us—we left feeling refreshed, invigorated and very awake! 😂

🔥 Why choose kiln-dried logs?

With a moisture content below 20%, kiln-dried logs are easier to light, burn efficiently and provide more usable heat—while producing less smoke, soot and ash than wetter wood.

Ours are also Ready to Burn certified, so you can buy with confidence knowing they meet recognised standards for dry firewood.

🪵 Timber Tip Tuesday: Bring your logs indoors gradually

It can be tempting to bring your whole supply inside when the colder weather arrives, but your logs are best kept in a dry, well-ventilated outdoor store.

Simply bring in a small basket at a time—only what you’re likely to use soon—and always keep it safely away from the stove. 🔥

How do you store yours?
