85 pieces of glass to be foiled today. Each piece of glass is cut, foiled (individually wrapped in copper foil tape), soldered and then polished.
There's a fair bit more to it, but these are the most significant steps in creating a piece of stained glass

I made this for our Pastor and his wife, who are retiring from our church after many years.
The church threw them a wonderful party tonight, and this was one of their gifts.
I really hope they like it, and that it brightens their window 🙏

I'm using the same skills and techniques that people have used for more than 500 years 🤯
It's really hard! But I'm getting there slowly 😊
