150m2 of Herringbone large parquet with a border fit to a lounge, hallway, dinning room, kitchen, utility, 1 bedroom, bathroom and ensuite. Tiles used are Invictus Highland Oak Classic.

Warehouse kitchen, toilets and corridor refurb. All floors had a dpm and a screed applied to the subfloor. The floors were complete using Polysafe Astral Black Opal.

Kitchen/Dinner, utility, toilet and hallway in Sprotborough.

The Kitchen/Dinner area was prepared using a grinding machine before self leveling was applied. Thanks to RH Flooring Solutions Limited for hiring out your machine.

Kitchen/Dinner, utility, toilet and part of the hallway was prepared using Uzin 196 Screed. The other half of the hallway was prepared using SP101 5.5mm plywood with a coat of feather finish applied over the top.

The kitchen/Dinner, utility and toilet was completed using Expona Commercial - Grey Terrazzo effect LVT tiles in a brick bond pattern. The hallway was complete using Lewis Abbot Chester Square - Regal Oak parquet tiles in a herringbone with a single tile border and black feature strip.

Phases 1 and 2 of an office refurb.

Phase 1 was the staircase and landings which were finished using indigo coloured Paragon tiles.

Phase 2 was the reception area and toilets. This phase was finished using Gradus Latour tiles in ravenstone, Expona Commercial LVT tiles in light grey concrete and a natural coloured rib matting. The subfloor was prepared using Kerakoll proflow trade and then leveled up again with another coat once the trims in the reception area had been set in place.

Kitchen and utility room were complete in a herringbone pattern with a border. Camaro naked blonde oak large parquet tiles with large planks in the same colour used for the border.

Kitchen/ Conservatory complete using Expona Bevel Line Enriched Variety Oak.

Kitchen complete using Karndean Art Select blond oak parquet tiles in a herringbone pattern. The subfloor was prepped with 5.5mm sp101 plywood and feather finish.

Kitchen/ dinner, entrance and toilet. Complete using Holland Park lvt in the monument shade. The border was done using large planks with an ice feature strip. The field was complete using parquet tiles in a herringbone pattern. The kitchen/dinner subfloor was prepped with sp101 plywood and a feather finish. The entrance and toilet subfloor was prepped with a primer and self levelling smoothing compound.

Kitchen, conservatory, hallway, toilet and step. Completed using Polyflor Camaro lvt in westchester oak. Large planks with a walnut feature strip were used for the border and parquet tiles in a herringbone pattern for the field. The step was complete using the parquet tiles in a brick bond pattern with an edging strip. The subfloor was prepped using sp101 plywood with a feather finish applied.
