Good Morning all, we have received this notification regarding Patio gas a nd 6kg propane. As you can see we are unable to sell a Patio gas or 6kg propane without an empty cylinder. Hopefully this will not last longer than 4 weeks. Any updates will be posted here.

We’re closely monitoring our supply levels to ensure continued availability for customers, and as a result have made the difficult decision to temporarily implement a 1-for-1 exchange policy on 5kg Patio, 13kg Patio and 6kg Propane cylinders, from 27th May 2026. This means we can only fulfil orders where an equal number of empty cylinders are returned, and we’re unable to accept any new Cylinder Refill Agreements (CRAs) in place of an actual cylinder return at this time.
Why is this happening? The earlier-than-usual start to warmer weather this year has accelerated demand beyond typical seasonal patterns. This compounded with delays to shipping, has led us to make this difficult decision. While we’re working hard to increase supply, we will need to carefully manage stock levels.
Can I still place orders? Yes, retailers can continue to place orders for 5kg Patio, 13kg Patio and 6kg Propane cylinders, provided an equivalent number of empty cylinders are returned in line with the 1-for-1 policy.
