We're excited to announce opportunities for some dedicated HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team. With over 40 years of temperature-controlled transportation excellence, McLanachan Transport Ltd (MTL) is a trusted partner in UK and European logistics 🚛
➡️Position: HGV Class 1 European Driver, driving as far as Italy, Spain, Finland etc aswell as local work and away for up to 3 weeks at a time. Based at Eurocentral, Motherwell, Scotland. This will be a temporary contract with the opportunity to lead to permanent.
➡️Key Responsibilities include: Multi-drop deliveries and collections across the UK and Europe, uphold excellent customer service standards, adhere to Health & Safety regulations, conduct vehicle checks in line with Operating Licence procedures and comply with all regulations related to drivers' hours and tachographs.
➡️Requirements: A valid HGV1 licence, Digital Tachograph card, and Full Driver CPC, with strong communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
