❌✅ Emergency 🚨call ☎️ late ⏰ on in the day, yesterday afternoon down in Peebles to numerous leaks up and over wall-head… ⛔️ ⚠️

All watergates made up of zinc and a lead cover flashing were split and cracked.
Numerous slates missing and cracked over the roof area, and once areas are opened to show no underlying felt cover with very soft and defective timber sarking boards.

This was a temporary repair that we will need to go back to and open up the roof, with a complete renewal of the areas up and over the wall-head with a new flat roof area and rear gutters.
