Right at Home South Cheshire We are a Quality Home Care provider, specialising in relationship led care services in South Cheshire Our CareGivers are handpicked by our management team.

At Right at Home South Cheshire we aim to make a genuine difference to the quality of life of those we serve in the local community. We focus on improving the lives of those we care for, not just maintaining quality of life. We firmly believe that to provide an excellent service, you need time. That's why we have a preferred minimum visit time of 1 Hour, enabling both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience that allows not only time for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and allow for social interaction. This is where we believe we can truly "make a difference every day" to the lives of our Clients. We provide extensive and comprehensive training and ensure that personalities are well suited to those of the Client. We will provide a consistency of CareGivers and will never send a CareGiver who has not previously been introduced to the Client.

Meet Bryony! 👋

Bryony is our Lead Field Care Supervisor here at Right at Home South Cheshire, where she plays an important role in supporting our Field Care Supervisors, Clients, Care Professionals and the wider care team. 💙

In her role as Lead Field Care Supervisor, Bryony supports and guides our Field Care Supervisors, helps ensure care plans are created and maintained to a high standard, carries out observations and supervisions, and provides ongoing support to both our Clients and Care Professionals.

As you can see, Bryony has really got stuck in with the Right at Home team, earning herself a framed picture with our training guy, Bob!⭐

Our FREE cafe is back next Monday, 2:00 - 4:00pm!💙

Come join us at Nantwich Methodist Church for our Right at Home Cafe, an open space for anyone to attend, make new connections, enjoy a brew and some biscuits.

The group is open to those with or without a carer, providing a welcoming space to socialise and, where needed, a little bit of respite for carers too.

We’d love to see you there! 💙

Meet Caz! 👋

Caz is the Care Manager at Right at Home South Cheshire, having progressed through the company from her role as a Field Care Supervisor. 💙

Caz is passionate about ensuring our Clients receive the highest standard of care, while making sure our Care Professionals feel supported in their roles.

She is also committed to her own professional development and is currently working towards her Level 4 qualification, having already achieved her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in care.

And if you are wondering why we have chosen Caz's birthday pictures... its because we wanted to share a little fun fact about Caz… we got her two fish for her birthday, who now live at the office! 🐟🐟

We’re very lucky to have Caz as part of the team and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her role! ⭐
