Meet Tim Keenan – Principal Client Consultant (Renewables)

With a career spanning decades in recruitment, Tim brings a wealth of experience and passion to the team at OCC. From his early days as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hays to running his own consultancy and working with global brands like Nike, Virgin, and Sky, Tim’s career has been extremely varied.

Tim heads up the Renewables Account Management and Delivery team, driving business development across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. Tim focuses on legal, planning, consenting, design, construction, and operations & maintenance of clients’ projects.

Building the Renewables team at OCC has been a highlight for Tim, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Outside of work, Tim is a foodie with a love for Thai cuisine. He’s also a sports enthusiast, supporting Arsenal, playing golf, and enjoying cricket. Tim also enjoys spending time with his three adult children in London.

Martin Keenan – Director at OCC

Martin joined OCC in 2001 after returning from London to his local roots, and he’s been a key part of the team ever since. Starting as a New Business Recruitment Consultant, Martin’s dedication and perseverance have been instrumental in his 21+ year journey with OCC.

- Passions: A true sports enthusiast, Martin loves football (Arsenal is his team!), as well as cricket, horse racing, and any sport on TV. He even plays football a couple of times a week to balance out his weekend indulgences!
