Oaktree Court Business Centre Paul Andrew, Carl Hulme and Derek Charlton came together a number of years ago to buy Oaktree Court. The remaining buildings have also been put to good use.

It was originally an old chicken farm, complete with outbuildings, offices and warehouses. Over the years, the property has been tastefully converted into well

equipped office accommodation, thus ensuring that their vision of a thriving Wirral business community became a reality. Trading as Chill 050, Paul, Carl and Derek run Oaktree Court in a way that ensures tenants are treated as respected business guests. They are provided with excellent support, reflected in the conscientious and dedicated team that they've carefully recruited. Nikki and Jill represent every business that operates from Oaktree Court. Long-term successful relationships are at the heart of all thriving businesses. Chill 050 understand this and have turned their property from a derelict chicken farm into a busy business community. A modern livery stable has also been created in one of the old chicken sheds, and the other one is used for storage.
