Hattingley Valley Wines Founded in 2008 by owner and chairman Simon Robinson, Hattingley Valley is a family-owned English wine producer located in rural Hampshire.

Initially started as a farm diversification project, it has gone on to become one of the UK's leading wineries. It is the team here at Hattingley who produce an outstanding wine. From the grapes nurtured on Hampshire chalk, to the delicious sparkling wine made unique by the elegant touch of oak. The team have immense pride in their work and we are delighted that this has been recognised by so many

international and national awards. We use the traditional method for making our wines. A key element of our style is the subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines each year as well as ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks. This softens the wines before they go into bottles for the second fermentation. With climate change and technological developments the English wine industry is on the brink of something very special. Equipped with the latest technology and a talented team Hattingley Valley Wines are on a mission to make a world beating sparkling English Wine.

Our w**ery tours will be closing for harvest after Saturday 12th September as the team turns its attention to the 2026 vintage.⁠
⁠
We’re almost fully booked before then, but there may still be one or two spaces left if you’re desperate to squeeze in a visit before harvest gets underway! ⁠
⁠
Otherwise, we’ll be back in early November, ready to welcome you through our doors and tell you all about the 2026 harvest, how it went and what’s happening in the w**ery.⁠
