You’ll be based at our Kingsclere offices (near Newbury) and will report to our Head of Customer Experience. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call us, and action any changes for them in a timely and professional way. You'll be confident in logging all details onto our CRM, and be able to question customers to discover the best area of the business to help them.

⚠️ SMS SCAM ALERT ⚠️

Please be extremely vigilant when opening text messages from unverified senders.

We have been made aware of a Flubot text message scam, affecting all mobile networks, which appears to be from delivery companies such as DPD, DHL etc that contain a link to 'track delivery' or 'manage your parcel', and when clicked download malicious malware onto your phone as a system app which cannot be deleted.

This malware then uses your phone as an SMS generator to attempt to infect other phones, and scans phones for cryptocurrency wallets and banking apps to try to steal information.

Ignore: do not click any links
Report: forward any suspicious text messages to 7726
Delete: remove the message from your phone

Today was our annual Christmas pizza party for those in the office, unable to work from home, which means 2020 is *nearly* a wrap for team DRC! (Office security, Jack, is still licking his lips at the smell of pizza🐶)

It’s evident that we LOVE Christmas jumpers SO much, that we each were given our very own knitted miniature Christmas jumpers today too (zoom for tiny Christmas jumper cuteness and team happiness!) 🥰🥳
