This week, the FXC team enjoyed a fantastic company conference day - starting with a boat over to Brownsea island, followed by fizz, lunch & outdoor activities including a treasure hunt and a ride on RIB boats around the island - despite the unwelcome rain! The evening was then a chance to catch up with colleagues over some delicious small plates, get on the dance floor and also highlight our wonderful brands, including Freixenet, I heart, Mionetto & Bolney with dedicated brand zones inside

Last night, the team at Bolney Wine Estate celebrated English Wine Week with the launch event of ‘Dine in the Vines’!

This stunning and unique dining experience seats you in an eco-pod, right in the heart of the vineyard, with a delicious 3-course menu full of seasonal Sussex ingredients, expertly paired with Bolney Wines. With dinner and afternoon tea sessions taking place over the weekend, it’s not one to miss! 🥂

On Wednesday, we celebrated Grocery Aid Day, an important time to raise awareness about the free, confidential welfare support available to us at FXC.

Across all of our sites, we enjoyed delicious cupcakes to encourage us all to take a break, a 30 min walk at lunchtime, as well as an abundance of financial support materials available to all.

Thank you Grocery Aid and thank you to all of our wonderful colleagues for your support!

🏅We have engaged with employees through our Wellbeing Hub, who focus on the environmental, social, financial, physical and mental wellbeing of our employees. The team are delighted to have received a Gold award for their support to Grocery Aid throughout 2022, recognising fundraising, volunteering and raising awareness achievements.

🌿 In 2022, we achieved a carbon neutral company accreditation through our commitment to offset with Natural Capital Partners, including: Improved Water Infrastructure, Sub Saharan Africa and Acre Amazonian Rainforest Conservation, Brazil.
