For a lot of owner-managed businesses, the useful bit is the security that sits around the everyday apps.

Things like device management, conditional access, better identity protection and safer handling when a laptop is lost or someone leaves.

The mistake is buying the licence and assuming the job is done.

The useful question is simple.

If the main connection drops, what happens next?

Backup line. 4G or 5G failover. Clear phone routing. A way for people to keep working.

It does not need to be overcomplicated.

It just needs thinking about before the day it fails.
