A day at Dyer Engineering Ltd ☀️

Last week, we had the total pleasure of delivering the first sessions of their ‘Leading at Dyer’ programme, focusing on Inclusive Leadership with four fantastic cohorts.

The team at Dyer Engineering Ltd asked us to come in and apply an inclusive lens to leadership to set the tone for the rest of their sessions. They’re passionate about fostering ED&I across all levels of the organisation to empower their teams, spark innovation and create a culture of belonging.
