We’re proud to announce that The Catalyst is now part of the lifesaving network, The Circuit, with our very own defibrillator registered! 💓

This milestone of 100,000 defibrillators across the UK is a step forward in saving more lives from cardiac arrest, and we'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who made this possible!

That's a wrap on The Catalyst Tour De Helix.

Thank you to everyone who came down and supported us in raising money for BBC Children in Need. We cycled a total of 294km and have raised £200 as a centre, and £450 across the whole site so far. We cant wait to see how the rest of the Newcastle Helix do!

Congratulations to James from NIHR Innovation Observatory for cycling the furthest at 41.3km, and UK National Innovation Centre for Ageing for being the most engaged team. It was also great to have some Oxford Innovation Space representation with us on the day.

The raffle is still open for the rest of the week. You can get your tickets at reception to be in with a chance to win some great prizes.

Day 2 of Tour De Helix is underway at The Catalyst, and so far we are in the lead! Just an hour and a half remaining to get those final KM's in.

There's still time to come down and try our hoop toss and bean bag throw, or enter the raffle and guess the number of sweets.
