The reason you're not losing the weight you want...

1️⃣ You're consuming too many calories. Check for hidden calories in sauces, juices, condiments etc.
2️⃣ You're not moving enough. It all comes down to burning more calories than you eat!
3️⃣ You're not drinking enough water.
4️⃣ You're not eating enough protein.
5️⃣ You're setting unrealistic goals or are not motivated by your goals.

Track your calories, try and move more, increase protein to around 30% of your calorie intake, figure out why you want to lose it - the real reason. This will be your motivation when things are getting really tough.

Figure these things out and it'll be smooth sailing!

I got addicted to finding my true self.

💪 I became the strength I was looking for
🥗 I become the health I needed
❤️ I became the love I lacked
😊 I became the purpose I didn't realise I already was.

It's true love when I look back on the person I became for myself. And one thing I wish I knew back then was that I won't find any of this in another person, in food (or lack of it), a number on the scale or anything in my environment.

Something to think about. Are you looking for validity through the way you look? Through a relationship? Or through chasing numbers on the scale?

What nobody tells you about emotional eating. 🤐

It's not the food that's addictive. 😲

Let me tell you something… You're eating to fill a void 🕳️ (sadness, loneliness, frustration, boredom), and it's filling that void that is addictive. And you can fill that void with anything, genuinely.

You've just learned to fill it with food to protect yourself from these negative feelings. It's completely normal and something a lot of people really struggle with BUT it's never too late to challenge and change that behaviour.

It's time to adjust your coping mechanism to something which will help towards a life you really want. 🙌

This is something I help clients with all the time - they come to be wanting to lose weight, get stronger, or leaner, or fitter, or whatever their physical goal is and together we tackle everything around it.

With short, effective workouts that they love; coaching around emotional eating; healthy and easy recipes; and all the other bits your previous trainer never told you about making a lifestyle change.

This amazing client is a mum of 3 girls. 👧 👧 👧

That's gotta be a busy household! She was struggling with finding time in their schedule to eat right and exercise. Sound familiar?

28 days in and she feels more like herself again! 🙌

We didn't put Helen on a diet, nor on some crazy workout regime.

Short effective workouts, flexible eating and a shift in mindset enabled long term results for her. It's totally doable and didn't mean she had to get up at some ridiculous time or cram random things into her diet!
