Happy New Year folks! Apologies for the radio silence over here at AnyForty, we know we didn’t post once last year, but we’ve taken the foot firmly off the gas with the client serving side of our business and devoted all our time to our running brand which is 5 years old and is booming!

In 2024 we really pushed things forward designing and manufacture all our own gear from scratch with a specialist sports wear factory, creating everything from head to toe like these custom camo windbreakers, polar fleece caps, running tee’s, socks and lycra racing shorts, we’re having a lot of fun making exactly what we want to make and our customers love the gear!

If you love what we used to do with AnyForty clothing and love running then you should definitely go and check it out!

The album “A Magnificent Day For An Exorcism” is available on all streaming platforms and has been for 2 laps round the sun, if you haven’t heard it yet shame on you, but it’s not too late, go wheel it up today, it’s a beaut. Extra shout out to you were ace to work with on this project mate and king of all shoutouts to our buddy for linking us with Mr Monch in the first place! Legends the lot of you!

Incase you missed our previous post, while moving we've discovered a box of what we thought were previously sold out copies of our self designed and self published AnyForty 6 book, this was a 300 page book we originally dropped in 2014 that covered the first 6 years of our existence soley as a art driven streetwear brand, it's packed full of incredible artwork, interviews, brand history and inspiration.

The book is on our online store now, perfect for artists, brand owners or just people who love great illustrations, and the best part is, it's still the same price it was when it originally sold out in 2014, £30, that's just 10p per page, bargain, no inflation here!

Please note; shipping is expensive on these as they are really heavy packages posted in amazon like protective book sleeves, weigh over 1kg so shipping will be £7 uk, £15 eu, £26 USA and ROW but still a bargain for an incredible inspirational book and it's the same price shipping if you add a second book to your order incase you wanna double up on an order with a AnyForty loving pal!

Following on from the first projects with and we’re super proud to have helped our good buddies at out on the next chapter of their new series of collaborations with British based artists.

They’ve produced a bunch of incredible little mini docs, filmed by British photographer showcasing artists tackling sticker projects.

The fourth one has gone live on their YouTube a couple weeks ago and shows creating some some chrometastic, 80’s nostalgia dripping sticker sheets, printed on 4 beautiful different stocks.

As part of the video alongside showing some tips on how he creates these rad chrome effects, James also kindly opened the doors to his archive room and runs us through some of his sticker collection, including books he’s been collecting as a kid alongside stickers he’s been collecting from other artists. It’s a great watch if we say so ourselves!

to undoubtedly one of our most well known collaborations of all time.

Our AnyForty Pride lion by dropped initially as a limited edition tee released in 2012 the same day the London Olympics kicked off and instantly sold out!

In 2012 we were stocked in stores as far away as Melbourne and Paris and we had collaborated with artists all over the world. We wanted to celebrate our British roots as well as commemorating the momentous event happening just 2 miles away from where we were based in Hackney and to us, nothing felt more British than lions, more so stone statue’s and three lions as we don’t exactly have native ones roaming wild!

The Pride lion went on to be one of our most iconic graphics, dropping shortly after in a St George’s cross colourway.

One of the most fun projects was releasing a full Pride Refix range in 2016 that saw us peak at our biggest ever collection in our time as a streetwear brand. 12 brand new designs with artists like in Cascais, .macarthur in London in Moscow, in Manchester and in Sydney alongside a new variant by Tom and loads others. Was so good to see so many great artists do their own versions of the pride lions silhouette. Anyone still got one of the garments in rotation?

Lot of stories around the lion, including issuing a cease & decist against a swiss coffee company who stole it, and stopping right wing Facebook groups using it as profile pictures. If you ever meet our founder Al in life ask him for some stories about it. Great art by a great artist and great memories of a great time in AnyForty history!

The second one has just gone live, creating some giant window stickers of her beautiful artwork inspired by some of her favourite buildings in the Ouseburn area of Newcastle which are installed now for all to see in the incredible venue that is .ouseburn

to one of many projects we did a few years back with English football club This one a capsule collection of apparel designed by Australian artist and long time AnyForty collaborator This was the tattoo flash sheet (which was also released as a temporary tattoo sheet for kids to cover themselves with!) Dale created for this collection, which we then picked a few hero pieces to use on garments varying from tee’s, hoodies and scarves. Such a fun project to do with one of Sydney’s finest artists and one of the most forward thinking football clubs in the land!
