"PNE has definitely helped me become more confident as a creative business owner… There have been several areas of support that have made a real difference. Maria's advice on improving my Etsy shop, including how to improve the customer experience and encourage positive reviews, has been very useful. I have also received helpful advice on social media, particularly around creating better content and increasing traffic and visibility"
