Kickstart Scheme - Human Resources (HR) Administrator

About us:

HARSAV GROUP are recruiting a HR Administrator for our Newcastle Office. With aggressive expansion plans over the next 18-24 months across the group, this role will give you opportunities to develop and progress within the HARSAV Group.

The HR Administrator will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties, involving a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, ranging from monitoring the HR and recruitment inbox, providing assistance during recruitment periods and ensuring smooth communications within the company.

On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided to all kickstart employees. This will be provided by experienced and well-informed professionals with years in Human Resource Management.

What you will do:

· Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties

· Provide administrative support to HR Coordinator

· Compile and update employee records

· Process onboarding documents

· Provide assistance on HR projects alongside HR Coordinator

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resource queries

· Assist in monitoring all internal processes

· Maintaining HR filing systems in an efficient and organised manner.

The Marketing Assistant supports our Marketing Executive in carrying out various tasks and strategies. On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided to all kickstart employees. This will be provided by experienced and well-informed professionals.

Your tasks:

· Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function and coordinator of the department’s activities

· Support marketing executives in organising various projects and campaigns

· Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour

· Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, etc)

· Update spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information

· Assist in the organising of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns

· Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

· Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

· Write marketing literature.

HARSAV GROUP are recruiting a Content Writer for a new hybrid-working role. With aggressive expansion plans over the next 18-24 months across the group, this role will give you opportunities to develop and progress within the HARSAV Group.

A Content Writer will generate bespoke content to promote our products and services across our online platforms. They will aim to maximise profits by producing tailor-made content based on our customers’ needs. This role encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial and organisational responsibilities.

On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided to all kickstart employees. This will be provided by experienced and well-informed professionals with years in the Marketing industry.

What you will do:

• Researching industry-related topics

• Writing clear marketing copies to promote our products/services

• Preparing well-structured content drafts

• Proofreading and editing blog/social media posts before publication

• Submitting work to the team leader for approval

• Coordinating with other members of the marketing team and branding team to illustrate marketing campaigns

• Conducting keyword research

• Promoting content on social media

• Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

• Updating website content as required.

As June draws to a close it’s time to reflect on another month.
Unfortunately we saw Freedom Day on the 21st of June pushed back to the 19th of July, in an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19 across England. However, we have seen a number of countries added to the ‘green travel list’, meaning international travel is starting to become more accessible.

Also this month, we have seen the start of the Euros and Wimbledon; it is great to see sporting events picking up again, after a difficult year.

Everyone at HARSAV Group is right behind England tonight in their match against Germany and hopeful for an even more positive July.
