This year’s theme, resonates with me. Just like the color of my eyes or my love of dogs, cerebral palsy is an intrinsic part of who I am—I wouldn’t be the same person without it!

Through my lived experience of disability I aim to inspire positive change as a public speaker, blogger, academic, advocate for disability rights and also as founder and managing director of - I’m passionate about working with the affirmative model to change perceptions of disability and celebrate the uniqueness in all of us.

Client spotlight!

I’ve had the privilege this year of working with Dr Lucy REYNOLDS, a public speaker, academic researcher and advocate for disability rights and her business partner Julia James who run We Are All Disabled

We Are All Disabled offers training programmes, public speaking and workshop packages that disrupt the narrative around disability to create positive cultural change. Through their ‘Disruptor’ Programme they provide a unique Affirmative Approach to disability which explores, challenges and changes perceptions and celebrates disability as part of the human experience, which no other company offers.

I’ve been working with Lucy and Julia to develop their marketing and sales strategy, providing social media training and helping them to set and achieve their business goals.

Dr Lucy Reynolds, Founder and Managing Director said: “We were attracted to coaching because it’s really useful having an outside perspective on what we are trying to achieve as a business. Sam challenged and encouraged us to move out of our comfort zone and take on new challenges, with monthly accountability sessions to keep us on track."

Do you want to be more in your workplace? 1 in 4 of the population are disabled. Our workshops explore different themes around perceptions, attitudes and behaviours in relation to disability. Those of you who regularly read my blog will know that I have had cerebral palsy all of my life and just like the colour of my eyes and my love of dogs it is an intrinsic part of who I am.

I understand that everyone has a different lived experience of disability and each individual’s acceptance of disability is different.
