And we're taking it a step further...we've created a business clinic.

Will send a day on site helping founders solve real issues on the spot.

No waiting weeks for advice to the right people when you need them.

And today we're excited to announce a partnership that strengthens this model even further.

CyberNorth will be partnering with us as lead partner on the Cyber, Space and Defence room, bringing even deeper expertise and support into companies in these sectors.

This builds on What is already happening in the building, with investors, banks and business advisors already based on site.

We think this is what the future of business incubation should look like.

And it starts here at Grainger Hub.

Someone walked into the building last week looking for business support.

He was working alone at home.

My first thought?
You don’t need more tools. You need people.

So I suggested he come along to Tech Builders NCL

Yesterday I walked in and saw him in the middle of a group - laptop open, deep in conversation, meeting people, sharing ideas.

And I had one of those “this is exactly why we are here” moments.

Sometimes the biggest thing founders need isn’t funding, advice, or another platform.

It’s simply a room full of the right people.

Huge credit to Jason Nesbitt 👨‍💻 and Richard Blakeborough for creating something people can walk into and instantly feel part of.
