It was great to be asked to produce the marketing brochure and video for The Lugano Building, Melbourne Street in Newcastle upon Tyne. The building is a former bonded warehouse which has been refurbished to provide contemporary ‘loft style’ offices fitted out to a Grade A standard. New branding for the amazing SIXTY GREY STREET offices. Included marketing particulars and full internal and external signage. On the back of the success of this project the client has asked us to do another building on Grey Street.

Well today Creative Streak Design has being ‘Creatively Streaking’ as they say, for ten years.
I’m not going to lie and say it has been a walk in the park, as it hasn’t, however it has been a journey that we have enjoyed, embracing all challenges along the way. We have met some awesome people and clients, many of which are now good friends.
We’ve won and are continuing to win prestigious projects in the North East, across the UK and overseas opening new doors and creating overwhelming experiences.

Can't believe it's over a year ago since we created the new branding and marketing brochure for Partnership House in Gosforth.

After pitching ideas and concepts along with a number of top design agencies we are very proud to have been chosen to create the name, branding, marketing collateral, website and development signage for the fantastic new AirView Park office development situated at Newcastle International Airport.

A planning, communications and commercial property team has been appointed to market and attract potential new occupiers to a planned business park development next to Newcastle International Airport.

Well day four of working from home.....I’m finding it quite exciting if the truth be known. Yes the dog goes off on one when other four-legged friends walk past the door, yes the kids are shouting at their X-Boxes as if they were at a football match....but other than that the sweet aroma of ground coffee and freshly baked chocolate brownies made by my daughter really makes you appreciate what you have in this unbelievable situation we find ourselves in.

Let’s all be sensible and safe and see what tomorrow brings.
