Project Start – Latharna House, Larne

We took control of the Latharna House site in Larne yesterday, marking the beginning of demolition works on this well known high rise.

This project represents a bittersweet moment for B Small Contracts Ltd. While we are proud to play a role in shaping the future of Larne, we recognise that Latharna House has been part of the town’s skyline for many years and holds important memories for the local community.
As we move forward, our approach reflects both progress and respect, carefully bringing one chapter to a close while helping to clear the way for what comes next.
