🎄Brighstone Christmas Tree Festival 🎄

We are thrilled to have our own Phoenix tree on display in The Three Bishops!
We loved wandering round and seeing so many beautiful trees on display throughout Brighstone to get a real sense of Christmas spirit 🎅
We’ve had the best week with our young people crafting decorations ready for our display and it’s been so lovely to see all the hard work paying off with a beautiful tree for everyone to see!

🎄🎶It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas🎶🎄
We have had the loveliest afternoon with some of our residents and staff up at the offices creating decorations and baubles for a very exciting upcoming event!
Such a lovely opportunity for our residents across provisions to meet and socialise while taking part in a bit of Christmas cheer as well as our wonderful support workers getting stuck in too.
Each resident got a little goodie bag at the end for their participation and celebration of the wonderful effort they put in together this afternoon - as well as a couple of sweet treats and music to get them in the Christmas spirit 🎅🎄

Introducing our very own Maintenance Team!
We are absolutely thrilled to have such a fantastic group of guys who work tirelessly around the clock to ensure that all of our homes remain in perfect condition for our young people.
The team works across all our provisions ensuring any health and safety, day to day maintenance and redecorations are done to the highest standards to ensure all of our residents have comfortable and personalised spaces of their own while on their journey to independent living.
Also, how amazing does our new van look?! ☺️

🌻Mountbatten Fundraiser🌻
We’re pleased to announce that we have chosen Mountbatten as our charity of the year. This fantastic charity provides invaluable support to individuals within a hospice and provides ongoing care and support to families experiencing loss.
Our goal is to raise £500 for this incredible charity and we hope you’ll join us in making this happen!

Phoenix Care Group Ltd are looking for an Accounts Person / Bookkeeper to join their friendly team. It is essential that you have a solid bookkeeping foundation, as this is not a junior level role, but a new position within their rapidly growing organisation that needs creating, shaping, reorganising and managing. The role is suited to someone who can manage their time well and re-prioritise daily, as and when the work changes.
To date, their accounts have been outsourced, and they are now looking to bring everything together, in-house, and under the professional management of one person. As the organisation grows, they envisage this role will grow too, so although challenging they believe this will also be a very rewarding opportunity.
Although this position is for a 3 day week (22.5 hour), they are willing to be flexible on how these hours / days are worked for the right candidate.
