Taking time and pride in my work to make sure things are done to a high standard and are correct. Always looking to learn and develop as a person, team and as a company. Taking ownership of your work, this could be an enquiry from a customer, colleague, etc. Trying your hardest to do yourself and not leave for someone else. This will help to develop knowledge and skills. Managing the day productively by planning tasks in the morning, re-evaluating through the day and then reviewing in the evening to make sure anything left is the next priority.
